RAD Women’s Self‑Defense Course

Empowering women and girls through practical, effective self‑defense training. Our Rape Aggressor Defense (RAD) Course provides awareness, prevention strategies, and hands‑on physical techniques designed to build confidence and personal safety skills.
This is a complete course with training consisting of six 2.5‑hour classes, held twice a week for three weeks.

August 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th

Who Should Attend

Women and girls ages 12 and up

Open to senior citizens

Mothers and daughters are encouraged to attend together

Please note: The course includes mature discussions related to sexual assault

Important:
The first 3 hours of training are required before participating in any physical techniques.

Day 1 – Monday, August 3rd

Safety Concepts & Tactics – Lecture Part 2 (Prerequisite)
Introduction to Basic Techniques
Day 3 – Monday, August 10th
Basic Techniques
Day 4 – Tuesday, August 11th
Review & Continuation of Basic Techniques
Day 5 – Monday, August 17th
Basic Techniques & Simulation Preparation
Day 6 – Tuesday, August 18th
Final Day – Practical Simulation (Time TBD)
