RAD Women’s Self‑Defense Course

Empowering women and girls through practical, effective self‑defense training. Our Rape Aggressor Defense (RAD) Course provides awareness, prevention strategies, and hands‑on physical techniques designed to build confidence and personal safety skills.

​

This is a complete course with training consisting of six 2.5‑hour classes, held twice a week for three weeks.

October 5th, 6th, 13th, 14th, 19th and 20th

Time: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Who Should Attend

• Women and girls ages 12 and up

• Open to senior citizens

• Mothers and daughters are encouraged to attend together

• Please note: The course includes mature discussions related to sexual assault

 

What to Expect?

• A nationally recognized RAD curriculum

• Safety concepts, risk reduction strategies, and situational awareness

• Step‑by‑step physical defense techniques

• A supportive, judgment‑free learning environment

• A training guide is included with enrollment

• Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended

Important:
The first 3 hours of training are required before participating in any physical techniques.

Day 1 – Monday, October 5th

Introduction to Basic Techniques

Basic Techniques

Day 4 – Wednesday, October 14th
Review & Continuation of Basic Techniques

Day 5 – Monday, October 19th
Basic Techniques & Simulation Preparation

Day 6 – Tuesday, October 20th
Final Day – Practical Simulation (Time TBD)
