RAD (Rape Aggression Defense) is a nationally recognized self-defense course designed specifically for women. Learn critical safety concepts, awareness, and physical defense tactics in a supportive environment.

📚 COURSE DETAILS

✅ 2 days during one weekend
✅  Approx. 12 hours total
✅ Includes a comprehensive Training Manual
✅ Minimum age: 12 years old
✅ Great opportunity for mothers and daughters to take together!

📅 Day 1 – October 3rd Safety Concepts & Lecture (Required)
🕕 6 PM - 8 PM

📅 Day 2 – October 4th Basic Techniques and Practical Simulation

🕕 8:30 AM - 5 PM
