Saturdays starting APR 6th to MAY 11th

Rape Aggressor Defense (RAD) self-defense course for women:​

 

Course Date: APRIL 6th until MAY 11th

Saturdays @ the Island Family YMCA 10:30 A.M. 

​

All registration is done through the Island YMCA

​

The Price for YMCA members is $80 and $100 for non- YMCA members.

 

Training will consist of  9-12 hours of class over several Saturdays. A training guide for use during class is provided. And a certificate will be provided after completion of the entire course. 

​

It is highly encouraged that mothers and daughters take the class together.

The youngest student allowed to participate will be 12 years of age. 

Please be aware, the class involves mature adult topics on sexual assault.

​

​The first 3 hours of training is required prior to taking any other portion of the course. 

​​

​Part 1 Safety Concept and Tactics Discussion and Lecture:  (prerequisite)

Part 2 Basic Technique Introduction

Part 3 Continued Basic Technique

Part 4 Aggressor Simulation 
            
Dates and times maybe subject to change after the start of the first day of class.

​Please wear comfortable work out clothing.
